It's ok - most people don't, unless you're modelling, it's not something that you're going to be doing in your day to day life.

Take these as inspiration when it comes to posing, as there are definitely different ways to pose depending on the layers of clothes you're wearing, the environment you're in and your level of comfortability.
Side notes:
1. Can't stress enough how great pockets are for great posing and relaxation.
2. If you're like me, you've constantly got a hairband on your wrist - don't forget to take it off for pictures.
3. To prevent fizzy hair on a windy day, aim for a light gel or hairspray to avoid too many fly-aways.
